It's not just low-level characters the Joker may screw over, either. He's just as likely to backstab Lex Luthor at some point in the game.

The idea behind (DCUO) is constant interaction with characters from the DC comics.

(You'll be constantly running into Superman or Batman or Wonder Woman throughout the game and that's just on the lower levels.)
