Puzzle Quest: Galactrix Reviews

A pair of less-than-favorable reviews for Infinite Interactive's Puzzle Quest: Galactrix bring us into the weekend.

The first is at The Hachiko with a score of 1.5/5:
Puzzle Quest: Galactrix is one of the worst games I've played as of recent. It's not the fact that the game was hyped up and failed to reach its lofty goals it's just a crappy game. Cheap AI, an uneven difficulty ramp, shoddy controls, poor graphics, and barely audible music it does nothing well or even remotely average. It's an epic failure on the grandest scale.

And the other is at Game Positive with a score of 3/5:
Puzzle fans undoubtedly had high hopes for the next entry into the series, but Puzzle Quest: Galactrix ends up failing to impress. Its serviceable but unremarkable combat, overhaul of familiar gameplay, and blacklisting of different character classes add little to the franchise. Without characters who truly elicit emotions, interesting plotlines, or redeeming qualities other than the addictive puzzle component, Galactrix is one game you may want to skip.
