Fallout 3 Reviews

Bethesda's Fallout 3 was able to garner a few more near-perfect review scores over the holidays. DarkZero comes in with a score of 9/10:
Fallout 3 is an admirable achievement for Bethesda. It's a game that provides action, adventure, exploration, interaction and excitement in a beautifully realised Armageddon that provides so many unexpected moments, but somehow manages to remain consistent and believable. Regardless of the sometimes-weak combat, this is role-playing at its finest. It's almost enough to make you wish that those damn Communists would hurry up and drop the bomb!

MyGamer goes with a score of 9.2/10:
The truth is, there are so many good things to write about regarding Fallout 3 this review could easily be several pages long. Besides hitting a rare programming error, it is hard to find negative things to say about this game. If you own a next gen system, you really owe it to yourself to play this game for at least 10 hours of your life. Doing this will not only prove how entertaining games can be, but rather act as a statement as to how far video games have come. With downloadable content already in the works, Fallout 3 is such a massive game it actually blows my mind thinking about how much development and testing hours went into the creation of this title. Every next gen owner needs to experience this game. But I think there should have been some type of a warning label on the game's package. Somethimg along the lines of (Warning: This game will suck away over 100 hours of your life. but you will love every second of it,) would have been sufficient. This is one game you cannot miss.

And AceGamez tops it off with a 9/10:
For all its faults, I cannot deny that I enjoyed Fallout 3 immensely. It's not perfect and fans of the original Fallout series might feel that it doesn't quite reach the mark, but it's both unfair and unnecessary to compare this to the original games; Fallout 3 is undoubtedly a worthy title in its own right and has enough character and charm, coupled with solid gameplay, to make this one day after tomorrow that you shouldn't miss.
