Q: What does the new quest involve? Do you have to be a certain level or have a certain skill to start this quest?
A: The new quest requires that you have an Illegal Pistol Module in your backpack. When you summon the Smuggler's Junk Dealer, he/she will have a new chat option to start the quest. The quest requires you be level 90 and takes 100 Illegal Pistol Modules to complete. The quest can be completed with 34 tier 5 smuggling runs, as tier 5 smuggling runs grants 3 Illegal Pistol Modules per mission.
