Dark Messiah of Might and Magic Composers Q&A

IGN Music has posted a three-page interview with video game composers Cris Velasco and Sascha Dikiciyan about the work they did on Dark Messiah of Might and Magic.
Q: How long did it take the two of you to compose the entire score?

A: The first 25 minutes of the score was scheduled to be recorded live in Prague. We only had two weeks to compose this in order to meet the deadline. Once we came back with the master tapes there was a lot of editing to do. We took an additional two weeks to take the live music and mix it in with the industrial elements and a bit of the sampled orchestra for a bigger sound. It then took us another month to write the remaining 20 minutes of score. Each cue was getting approved by Ubisoft before we moved to the next one. Our final cue was delivered a few days before the final deadline.
