Just as with its predecessor, you'll acquire status and power by adventuring, eventually growing into the role of a bona fide (anti?) hero. Naturally, a person of such stature is likely to attract the attention of the opposite sex, and just like in the original Fable, there will be game elements built around this. According to Molyneux, however, Lionhead will be taking things a step further by introducing the concept of unconditional love. In Fable 2, regardless of how vile a person you are, there will also be at least a couple of people who love you unconditionally -- your children and your sister. Your kids will greet you with open arms as you return from lengthy odysseys, striving to emulate you in all the most flattering ways. Your sister, meanwhile, well, she gets taken from you at the story's outset by the game's antagonist, and from the sounds of it, a large part of your character's motivation will be finding the man who took her, and exacting vengeance.
