Q: Tell a little bit about your guild experience. What type of guild(s) are you in? What role did/do you play in the leadership?
A: I was a guild leader for over a year. It was one of the first power guilds on Veeshan in EQ. That guild dissolved and I ended up as a leader of a smaller more friendly and casual oriented guild. However, there was no motivation for people to do anything together so I dissolved it. I ended up as a member of another power guild for a bit but left because I was just not into raiding all the time as well as some personality conflicts between some people I knew. I then joined the guild I have been in for well over 3.5 years. It started as a more family/casual guild and has now become at least a part time high end raiding guild. I have been an officer in charge of all the casting classes. With my limited playtime, I stepped down as an officer. I am still in an advisory role with the guild leadership.
