IGN's Neverwinter Vault has published a Q&A with several members of the BioWare staff, including community manager Jay Watamaniuk, live team lead designer Rob Bartel, and senior external producer Diarmid Clarke, about the company's newly announced online store. Here's a snip from Rob about a Witch's Wake sequel:
Q: What stage is Witch's Wake 2 at currently?

A:I've been pretty deeply involved with all three of our initial launch modules as well as the general push to bring this concept of premium Neverwinter Nights modules to life. As a result, direct work on a sequel to Neverwinter Nights: Witch's Wake has been put on the back burner for the time being. The upside is that it's allowed some of the contractual issues to mature and finally bear fruit so we're currently in the process of acquiring some exciting new art content from the community in time for the sequel. This will help smooth out future development and will result in a substantially cooler sequel overall. Now that the store is launched and our first wave of content is out, everyone on the team recognizes the importance of getting back to work on the Witch's Wake series and making it available as soon as possible.
