Most commonly associated with ritual sorcerers, the tapestry of this robe reflects the intricate gestures performed during ritual ceremonies and summonings, but the design is very practical as well. Within the thick folds of fabric are woven metal plates linked by a fine metallic mesh to protect the caster from physical harm, as well as conducting excess magics away when spells become overloaded. That is not to say that this garment lacks comfort, as it is lovingly padded to wear for many days of extended summoning and meditation when necessary.
