Vampire: Bloodlines Preview

GameSpy has put together a two-page preview of Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, based upon the 30-minute presentation Troika recently released. A snippet, as usual:
The final part of the demonstration shows Bob's combat with the Tzimisce guardian he needs to get past, and also shows off various methods of problem solving available in the game. There's also a great demonstration of the the Half-life 2 physics engine in action. The scene begins with Bob playing as a Brujah entering the guardian's lair, an abandoned building in Chinatown, only to be confronted with a winged gargoyle dropping through the skylight. As a Brujah, a vampiric clan of rebels and fighters, Bob decides to go waltzing Matilda on the gargoyle's face - easier said then done, however. As Bob runs around the area, the gargoyle proceeds to knock down balconies that Bob hides on and hits him with pieces of debris. There are also a bunch of objects in the area that Bob himself can use to fight. Using the Half-Life 2 physics engine, everything in the world has weight and momentum and can do damage if it's thrown hard enough.
