Fans of the first game remember the great origin stories that each hero had. We had the chance to see one of these for the new heroes, Tombstone. He's the blue-clad, skull-headed guy you've seen in the screens, and fits a dark avenger type. The origins are all handled in Bill Everett's style. For those that don't know he's the guy who created the Sub-Mariner and, I think, the original Human Torch; his style involves lots of triangular heads and thick, black outlines.
The origin story starts with Nathan Graves being led through a prison to the electric chair. Nathan's memories flash back to a year earlier as he's saying goodbye to his wife on his way to work. His neighbor Fred drives by the house and gives Nathan's wife a strange look. She complains to Nathan that Fred is always giving her funny looks but he leaves for work without thinking too much of it.
