Sacred is a fantastic game. It's beautiful, addictive and fun, and it sounds amazing; it has everything a true classic should have. Unfortunately, it's still quite rough around the edges. Frequent issues with controlling your avatar coupled with broken quests keep this gem from truly shining up to its full potential. The good news is there's nothing so wrong with it that a few patches can't fix. I said earlier that I dislike the term (clone) as regards Sacred. That's because I find it to be so full of style that it deserves better than second-tier classifications. Sacred will be filling my late night hours for months to come.
