Q: Why is Mastery of Concentration I so weak?

A: Well, it's not exactly weak, except maybe in comparison to the old version! People who get it will be able to remove mez, lessen the impact of DOT spells, etc. It's not as powerful as the currently live version, because the new version will be available for a much lower cost. Thus, more people will have it (which is intentional, as our feedback and personal experience tells us that being mezzed/stunned is the most annoying part of the current endgame).
