Beyond Divinity Peek of the Week #27

The twenty-seventh installment of RPGVault's "Peek of the Week" feature for the upcoming Divine Divinity sequel is now available. This time, composer Kirill Pokrovsky talks about his contributions to the game. An excerpt:
Gosh... it's difficult to write the music for a follow-up game. Especially since the previous soundtrack received such a warm welcome from fans. It's like having a second baby or recording a second album for a band. Also, the atmosphere of the sequel is very much different in Beyond Divinity than it was in Divine Divinity. So at this moment, I am experimenting with some symphonic scores.

How do I start with a song for the game? It is like a picture of a little child. It can start from any point, melody, written pattern or the single sound and then the entire piece is growing around it.
