Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II Hands-On

1Up has put together a short preview of the upcoming Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance sequel, based upon an early Xbox copy they received. An excerpt to follow:
What else has changed, you ask? Well, not much, really. You can now carry several weapons at once, switching between ranged and melee offense at the push of a button -- a convenient feature when dealing with several types of enemies at once. The camera is much more helpful than it was before, allowing you to get closer to the action as desired, and the map has also been powered up slightly. Most importantly, though, there's a far greater variety to the game's graphics -- the boring old patterned dungeons are still here, but they're joined by forests, rocky mountains, and a redesigned Baldur's Gate that feels a lot more vibrant and city-like than the one in the original.
