Dark, foreboding environments, a hoard of cool weapons, outlandish magical effects and a host of enemies were all part of the Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance experience, and the development team promises the sequel will not disappoint.
Thankfully, Dark Alliance II will include the full-screen cooperative mode of its predecessor, which allows two players to work together without that eye-straining split-screen mess of other games. The downside is you have to say within a certain range of your counterpart, but the sheer size of the field of play prevents this from becoming a serious handicap.
