There is also no lack of story in DX2. It has been fifteen years since JC Denton destroyed the Area 51 compound and put an end to the global conspiracy in Deus Ex. You are Alex D, a clone of JC and a rookie anti-terrorist operative. Track down the enemy and destroy him. But... who are my friends? Is the friend of my friend my enemy? Which quests you pursue and whose side you fight for is another area where the player makes the decisions and how characters in the game react to you later on will be influenced by the decisions you have made. Keep your enemies close and the fiends closer.
