Lord of EverQuest Interview, Part Two

RPGVault has dished up part two of a new Lord of EverQuest interview, talking with several members of the development team about the soon-to-be-released RTS/RPG hybrid. A snippet:
Bill Dillon - Multiplayer Maps, Level Design:
The way the build trees are structured, generally, the most powerful troops fall toward the end. However, depending on strategies, certain lower tree units can be quite effective. One of the units I build heavily, especially playing against the Dawn Brotherhood, is the Mogri. First off, they look cool and they sound like Wookies, so there's a definite fun factor. Additionally, Mogris have high magic resistance, making them hearty against Spell Towers and certain casters. Against the Dawn Brotherhood, who is magic heavy, they are formidable when used to attack bases. Mogris are siege units, thus they do double damage against buildings. The first thing you want to do when attack a Dawn Brotherhood base is take out the spell towers, which the Mogri chew through. Also, the Dawn Brotherhood gains additional buffs from their buildings, something that the other factions do not have. It is important the take out their buildings in order to weaken a camped army.
