The second expansion included in the GotY Edition is that of Bloodmoon. Much like the Tribunal expansion, Bloodmoon puts gamers into a new area with a more centralized storyline. This time around graphics look to be improved and there are plenty NPCs and new creatures found roaming all over the new continent of Solstheim. The area of Solstheim also adds a new element previously missing from the Morrowind world: snow. Traveling through the Bloodmoon expansion, gamers will notice an entirely new environmental feel, with snow covered tree tops, snow covered fields, and frozen over lakes. The visual effects of the snowfall also add a sense of mystery and almost a feeling of (the calm before the storm.) Just as you would imagine from a blinding snow storm, your character will have difficulty tracking through the conditions as well. As stated earlier, Bloodmoon also follows a storyline independent from the main continent, so previous actions of your character will not hinder your Bloodmoon experience.
