Please change this. TSP's do nothing but result in downtime, and hunting lower level stuff you've done way too much of already.
At least give players the option of the type of penalty they'd like to take (there's an innovation for you).
I'd much rather take an XP and/or Gold hit as a death pnealty, and get back to fighting creatures of my level or higher, than going backwards to fight lesser creatures for less xp untill my stat penalty wears off.

GFrazier:In practice this is working out great. I like it! I like the way death works much better than other games I have played.
