This writer's first impressions of Icewind Dale II are certainly quite positive. Everywhere you turn in the game, from graphics to interface, AI, scripting, dialogue, quest design, story and even humor, every aspect shows great refinement. If as expected, this title proves to be the last hurrah for the Infinity Engine, it is shaping up to be going out with a bang, not a whimper.
