Copy Characters to Pendragon Once Again

We've re-opened the /charcopy process so that you can move your characters to Pendragon for testing purposes. If you've copied a character to Pendragon in the past, you're free to do so again (but still are limited to only one /charcopy).

Also, as part of the /charcopy, your copy on Pendragon is given all realm ability respecs if they've achieved sufficient level to earn them, and also is given one free full skill respec.

Due to the different ruleset of the PvP servers, character copies from Mordred or Andred to Pendragon can't be done at this time. We'll let you know when this changes.
