The problem here is that we updated our name server entry (DNS server listing) for the patch address about 36 hours ago. Apparently, that name has not yet been published to everyone's ISP yet, so your server name resolution is pointing to a server that does not exist.
The simple answer is to wait until your ISP gets updated with the new IP address, which could literally be any moment. Everyone should be able to download the patcher by Monday. If not, post here, and we'll keep looking at the problem.
