Alan Miranda Interview

I read over at RPGDot that TFH Gaming has posted an interview with Alan Miranda of the Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal development team. Here's one of the questions:

TFH Gaming: For us, the Underdark in BG2 was the centerpiece of the game, providing the most exciting and fascinating CRPG experience of the game. Without giving too much away, are there any particular areas/adventures in ToB that you feel will stand out in the BG saga as classic and memorable?

Alan Miranda: I think the game as a whole has many memorable areas to explore. One of the first areas you'll travel to is a city called Saradush, which is under siege. There are plenty of quests here, lots of things to fight, and my favourite part are those huge flaming balls of pitch being catapulted into the city by the fire giant army's catapults. I thought it was really cool to be trapped inside a doomed city and searching for ways to get out. The dungeon of Watcher's has some very original level design as well, as you travel deeper and deeper into it. If you liked the drow and the Underdark, you should be pleased to see them make another appearance in ToB.
