Another day, another question... this time addressing the issue of certain features not getting implemented into Heart of Winter:

    GameBanshee: How did the development team go about deciding exactly which features would be implemented into Heart of Winter? For example, dual wielding was a very popular feature in Baldur’s Gate II. Was there not enough time to implement certain features such as dual wielding, or did you feel that other features were more important to be brought into HoW?
