Greatest Games of 2001

Daily Radar has once again added to their "Greatest Games of 2001" article. Heading off day 3 is none other than the game many of us at GameBanshee are waiting for, Shadowbane. Here's some clippage of a Q&A with James Nance, the content director for the game:

DR: Why is your game going to rule the school in 2001?

JN: We give the players a chance to change the world. All the other games out there are immersive but static. It's like an amusement park ride: Players come and players go... but the world never changes. Shadowbane takes a more dynamic approach -- the world is always changing. Adventuring parties can form into guilds, guilds can build cities and form into kingdoms, and kingdoms go to war over virtual terrain. This is the clearly the biggest leap forward.
