The Tactical Legacy Pack DLC for XCOM 2's War of the Chosen expansion is now available on Steam, free for those who own War of the Chosen until December 3, 2018, while those who don't own the expansion yet, can currently purchase it at 40% off. And if you don't own XCOM 2 at all, you can try it for free during the next couple of days.
