It seems that Paradox is letting outlets get their hands on Tyranny now that we're close to the game's release, and the latest gameplay footage. One such outlet, Zam, now offers roughly an hour of footage from the game's very beginning on its official YouTube channel. There's also some commentary from game director Brian Heins, though the audio is unfortunately not so great:
