The folks at Cryptic Studios have penned and published two art blogs concerning the environments of the upcoming Storm King's Thunder update for Neverwinter during the last couple of days. The first deals with the developers' interpretation of Lonelywood, while the second is about the inhospitable stretch of coast known as Cold Run.
The developer blogs' approach seems very "show, don't tell" so, given that they include a lot of screenshots and not a lot of text, I figure it's best to embed the timelapse video included in the first post. It shows how Lonelywood took shape thanks to the work done with the developers' tools:
