Dark Souls III Releases in April, Trailer

Bandai Namco has published a new short trailer for Dark Souls III, which mostly includes footage from the original Gamescom gameplay reveal, and announced the release window for the game outside of Japan. The game will be released in April 2016 and a PlayStation 4 Network Test, which had already been announced for Japan, has been confirmed for all territories. Details on the test can be found at this link, though it's not possible to apply for it right now.
Since the announcement doesn't mention a separate date for the PC version of the game, it can be assumed that all three versions of the game will either release at the same time or very close to each other:
