Rumor: From Software Working on Souls-like PS4 Exclusive "Project Beast"

There have been unsubstantiated rumors concerning a Demon's Souls sequel for Sony's PlayStation 4 for a while, but I admit I mostly ignored them because they didn't come from a clear, reliable source, nor there ever seem to be anything to substantiate them . Now, though, it seems like they might gain a lot of traction, as screenshots of a "Project Beast" trailer have leaked on 4chan and have been published on a NeoGAF thread. We're talking about a number of screenshots that match, both technologically and in terms of art, with From Software's past work on the Souls series, though they depict a setting that is clearly more technologically advanced and not in line with the medieval fantasy of the three Souls games.
Whether the title will be part of the series or an RPG at all remains to be seen, but right now I'm convinced the screenshots are legit and From Software really is working on a PlayStation 4 exclusive, and considering Hidetaka Miyazaki and a chunk of the Demon's and Dark Souls teams didn't work on Dark Souls II, we're probably looking on their next project. Color me interested.
