The Repopulation Kickstarter Campaign Launched, First Update

Above and Beyond Technologies has launched a Kickstarter campaign for The Repopulation, which likely means that the sci-fi MMORPG will get an infusion of crowd-funding at the end of the 30-day period. It's already garnered over $27,000 of its $50,000 goal, and that's prompted a celebratory update:
For many Kickstarter campaigns the first 24 hours and the last are the single most important days and to get it started with nearly 20k moved toward the goal is great. I do not want to jinx ourselves, but pushing past the initial 50k goal looks very good at this point and we can start concentrating on those juicy stretch goals. The next few days will be important as well and we hope you continue to spread the word about the Kickstarter and Steam Greenlight campaign.
On the Steam Greenlight campaign it might of went even better. We have an obscene Yes to No vote ratio compared to other projects and the chance of getting Greenlit looks very good, but we will have to see how it looks after a few days after all our fans get done and the traffic is more organic. Both are off to a great start and we have to thank you for that, so thank you very much.
I am sure to the delight of most people one of the major goals beyond the stretch goals with this campaign is to spend some more time on videos. We have some old videos that need to be revamped and we will start to lay out the current implementation of systems we have so people can get a better feel for things that have been talked about, but haven't been proper shown. We have a handful of things planned and our first order of business is the order of the first 2 videos.
Anyone can cast their vote on twitter. The 1st option will be a revamped Fitting video using the #repopFitting hash tag. The 2nd option will be a somewhat new video discussion Item shells using the #repopShell hash tag. The winner will be done first and the loser, well it will be done next, so no one really loses.
