Thief Reboot Revealed in Game Informer April Issue

While we don't really cover stealth games and won't be covering this new title in detail, it's worth noting that a new Thief, simply titled, you guessed it, Thief has been revealed in April's issue of GameInformer, and will apparently be released on next-generation consoles and PC next year.

There's not a lot of info, though we know for sure that the title is developed by Eidos Montreal (but not the Deus Ex: Human Revolution team) and has been in development for quite a few years by now. Here's Game Informer's brief summary:
Our April cover story is a world-exclusive look at this next-generation stealth title. Series hero Garrett returns to the Gothic, industrial metropolis known simply as the City to steal any and everything that will make him richer. Unfortunately, the City is broiling with social tension as it is ravaged by a plague and lorded over by a political tyrant known as the Baron. In order to survive his adventures, Garrett will have to pay attention to his environment and make use of the may possible paths through each of the game's levels.
