Some of you might remember that last time we learned the first incomplete info on Dawnguard this way, and since more or less all that info on content turned out to be true, I see no reason to believe it won't in this case either. In other words, I'd expect an announcement for a Dragonborn-titled DLC sooner rather than later, and considering the exclusivity deal for the Xbox 360 has now expired, I'd expect it to be released on PC too right off the bat.
