XCOM: Enemy Unknown Demo Available on Steam

I'm not sure if there has ever been official word that a demo would be released in the first place for XCOM: Enemy Unknown, much less that it would be online today on Steam, but that's exactly what happened for Firaxis' turn-based "re-imagining" of the beloved strategy/RPG series.

The demo weighs roughly 5 GBs and includes an extremely linear tutorial and a short mission in a location of your own choosing (the map's layout is the same no matter what you choose though), and it looks like more or less the large part of the demo's size is due to the bevy of cutscenes included in it.
