The dungeon-crawler will be given two sequels after its scheduled release in late 2012 to early 2013, Neocore Games' PR Linda Bozoradi confirmed to Digital Spy.

While each episode can be played individually, it will feature an overarching story and the chance for players to import their characters.

The episodes are currently aimed to be released within six months of one another, with free micro DLC and multiplayer set to be released to fill the time between releases.

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is a top-down action role-playing adventure in the same vein as Diablo and promises a strong story focus.

It follows Van Helsing's son as he aligns with his former enemy, the vampires, to defeat a powerful order and nightmarish creatures created by a mad scientist.
