The folks over at Stratics recently conducted a nearly two-hour, three-part video interview with Ultima creator and Portalarium founder Richard Garriott about an assortment of different topics, though their primary focus is on his latest projects, Ultimate Collector and Ultimate RPG/New Britannia, as well as his trip to outer space. The second installment is probably of greatest interest to our audience, as Richard talks about why Ultimate RPG will be the spiritual successor to Ultima and Ultima Online, but I'll embed them all as it's a fascinating interview if you have the time to take it all in:
