BioWare is rewarding all Dragon Age II fans who purchased the game's The Exiled Prince, Legacy, and Mark of the Assassin add-ons by offering two exclusive items that will automatically appear in Hawke's inventory when all three DLCs are played up to the point of at least one achievement unlocking. You have until November 1st, 2012 to gain access to "The High Lord's Belt" and "Pendant of the Morning Frost", so there's no real rush just yet. How many total unlockables are we up to for DA2 now? 30?
