The game and development studio behind it won't officially be announced until next month's GamesCom, but thanks to an invitation to check out the game during the event, we at least know that Masters of the Broken World will be a turn-based strategy/RPG inspired by New World Computing's original King's Bounty. According to the email we received, the game will "fill that big void that materialized when all the big publishers decided to fund only mass-market products - so that the players, even though they still love turn-based, haven't gotten anything new for the last few years." Hey, that's exactly what we've been saying for years.
