If the rumors and educated guesses weren't enough, a tweet from senior director of creative development at BioWare, Alistair McNally, confirms that BioWare is already searching for staff to work on Dragon Age III:

I'm looking for exceptional environment artists to join me at #BioWare Edmonton, Canada to work on #DragonAge3 #gamejobs #jobs #3D #artists

After Dragon Age II's mixed reception, I'm personally very curious on what direction BioWare will take with the title.
