GameBanshee Server Migration, Changes Coming

As you might have guessed by the recent lack of news updates, we've been hard at work bringing GameBanshee over to a new, more server. The migration took place for a number of reasons (including the chance to reinstall and restructure all of our software to better avoid hacking attempts in the future), and while we were at it, we've taken the opportunity to make some changes to the site's backend. One that will be readily apparent is our switch to a much more robust comments system for our articles and RPG database. The new comments system is more BB code-friendly and will support nested replies, RSS feeds, and other features missing from our previous system. The GameBanshee Forums will soon be moving to vBulletin 4, as well, and this new version is a bit different than what we've all grown accustomed to in vBulletin 3.

For now, please bear with us as we sort through some of the issues that have come up over the past 24 hours. I'll be posting a follow-up announcement once some of the new content and features are ready to go online.
