Has anyone seen the following error while playing DL on Vista Home (error occurs when attempting to leave Fargrove out of either the South or West gates)? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
this game is NOT compatable with Vista in any way. In iorder for you or anyone to continue playing this game once you have made the mistake and gone on to Vista. Is you have to run dual operating systems now and run this game in Windows XP. You'll find alot of games out there will have problems running with Vista for now.
ok here may be a fix. go to control panal then to programs.
there will be a tab at the top that says "use an older rogram with this version of windows". go there and put that it worked with xp and follow the instructions.
i was having the same problem but it said invalid slot # 176 i was near lake dire on the map.
You need to run it in compatability mode for windows 2000/NT as an administrator. You will need to restart the game as you will not be able to use your save games.
