Two very similar weapons, cant decide which one is better. My character is (someday) going to be a 10 warrior / 10 dwarven defender / 5 neverwinter nine and perhaps later some divine champion levels too. Opinions appreciated, thank you!

Well, two things (or rather three).

Of the two weapons shown, I'd go with the latter, cause of the ability to either dual wield, or keeping a shield. I'm not a fan of 2hand weapons myself.

Secondly - if it is for end-game weapon, then you're much better off with forging/enchanting your own.
You can get something like +5 enchantment bonus, +1d6 Acid and +2d6 against evil, which gives a very potent weapon for the game.

Lastly - I'm unsure whether this is for the actual NwN2 game, or expansion etc, but in the original game, there is a level cap of 20, so you can't become a 10/10/5 character in the original, unmodded, game.

Golems Blade certainly. I have a frenzied berserker character and with my improved power attacks and cleave ability it can be used to literally sweep and area free of enemies.
