Transfering saved games to new PC

Does anyone know how to Transfer saves from one PC to anouther?

any help would be great

The saved games are stored in

My Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/Saves

Each folder in that directory is a saved game. I've never tried it myself, but I'd guess that copying one of those folders to the same place on the new computer would do the trick.

I saved the "saves" file from My Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/Saves
to a cd and then transfered them to the My Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/Saves on the new pc. Worked fine.
