Plain Staff(spoiler)

Hey, im sorry if this has been posted but i couldnt find it. I was wondering if there was a chance i could find a normal staff with no enchantments on it. Ive already made a staff with enchantments on it in the mage guild quest line, but besides that is there a chance i can buy one?
