I really, really, really, need help on that quest. When you have to go in the cave and that guy asks you to hand over your possesions, I gave him my posessions. I read the walkthrough for this quest already. it said i have to search his body. But i didn't this until i read it. And now his body is gone. Is there any other way to get my stuff back?

He should still be around someplace. You may have killed him without realizing it if you fought the cult members (and it's pretty hard to get out of there without fighting at least a few). He and the priestess are the only ones with real names, so that makes it a little easier to pick his body out of a pile. If he's still alive, he should be lurking around the caves someplace. Either way, he should also still be holding the gear you surrendered.

load a save before that. if that's not possible his body should be somewhere. It wouldn't just disapear.
If you do load a save then drop all your stuff in your house in a chest.
if you don't have a house put them on the floor or in a chest in a place you can easily get to.
