Geez i have run around this place for hours and hours, followed all walls to the right.. found Staroxi's Tower, The rune Alter, The Moonstone ring, but yet the Celestial alter still eludes me. Can someone please give me a reference point and direction to go from there.
It's in that little offshoot along the southern edge of the area, directly south of Skuldoon.
