If you go west to 'High Hedge', then south, then south again, you will be in an area with a lake in the middle. The Ogres are at the north of that area - it is the same place you'll meet someone famous.

2. where is Cloakwood? dwarf Gurke wants his cloak that has been stolen from him.i'm supposed to go there...
Not sure - I have an idea where it is likely to be, but nothing on the map.
3.could i in any way separate Jaheira & Khalid except killing one of them?
I'm struggling with this as well, as I've recently finished BG2 SoA and ToB, in which Jaheira was my romance - so I want to keep her around and alive, and it only seems right to keep Khalid alive so he can die in BG2, but that (letting Khalid die) seems the only way to separate them. Similar with Minsc - you want one you get both.

I might just drop them both off (J & K) for a while to let me grab other NPC's and pick them up later. I have heard that they stick around if you kick them out.

Cloackwood becomes available after the bandidcamp.
It's located west of the Friendly Arms Inn.

Paired NPC's

Have the npc you do not want go into a room by on their own. Shut the door, then remove him from the party. As long as you do not have anyone else enter that room the other member of the pair will not leave. I believe this will work for any of the paired npc's.

Your just being silly. Just kill Khalid. Why does it matter? If your really roll playing you wouldn't know about BG2. So don't play for it. Its just foolish. It really is silly to do these elaborate schemes to remove Khalid without killing him. Just kill him. Or keep them together. Really if you get him inh the room your just killing him but in a different way. Your really only cheating yourself.

Or free him from all his armor and weapons. "C'mon Khalid, let's get those Ogres!"

Being silly?

I agree that the above method is elaborate, however the question was "Is there any other way ...?". I have killed npc's I didn't want in my party before. This is just another way of removing someone. Think of it as leaving someone to watch over your room, or pay your bills. :D Furthermore if you use this method you will still be able to bring the npc back later if you want.
