Yes, I'm back. And I've got a Babylonian t-shirt for you!

Anything goes... just keep it clean.

@Corsair invoked me with chicken tandoori, and I couldn't very well refuse. I won't be modding here, at least for now, which means I get to complain as much as the next person. :D I still have some unresolved issues concerning the way the board enforces (or doesn't) its rules, but I'm willing to let those lie at the current time.

So what did I miss while I was gone?

Whooohooo, Fable is back :) :) :)

How are you doing, oh Babylonian one?

As for me, I unfortunately can't give you an update of the board events, since I post far too little nowadays...work is very intense, and a new "going-to-430561408934-bloody-conferences-period" have started.

Nothing new really:

- Bush bashing is picking up steam (lol - that sounded funny)
- the world will end in 5-10 years due to global warming
- LOTR won a bunch of Oscars
- Osama captured/not captured speculation
- Craig needs help with his French
- Chanak is paranoid
- Luis Antonio is moving to a farm - or not
- CM has been receiving much appreciation - for what I do not know :)

Thats it in a nutshell - see how boring things are without the lightning rod that is "Fable"? :D

By the rank smell of Golodon the Unnamed!

Glad to have you back!

Thought I was going to shout loud for nothing!

Now, have you brought any sandals too? :D

Gotta have one, ye knows.

The t shirt must be free, since it is a penalty over so much time away from SYM.

@Corsair, you're right. Consider it fixed. :)

As for the price of this t-shirt, let's just say that if you were paying, it would be beyond your means. There are very few t-shirts in existence that have actually been signed by a Baylonian god, and most of those are owned by Bill Gates. (I'm not responsible. I'm not the Babylonian god whose t-shirts he owns.) You don't get this t-shirt because of works, but because of Grace--Grace Klapinski, who owns a small hardware store on Main and Third, and offered to find a distributor for 'em. Expect yours in the mail sometime during this century!

Um, they may have to go out COD. My bad.

Thanks, @Craig. :) No, I'm afraid not. I'm strictly your average bilingual American: English (sort of) and German. Maybe a bit of Dutch, when pressed to it. Sorry I can't help out.

Hey Fable, yer no longer a moderator, but youre still a Babilonian God. How do you feel leaving your sharp moderator stick behind and keeping only your sandals and your expensive Bill Gates not allowed t-shirts?

Can I know what have you done while we, your faithfull lieutenants where searching for our leader? (hehe)

French... one you guys should know... laissez faire, laissez passare (I think it is spelled wrong though) and means something like let it be, let it be gone. Economics stuff...

Well anyway nice to see you around!

Thank you! Courtesy from a fellow deity is a quality to be treasured. Next time my people throw an orgy, you're invited. :)

I tend to be more a pear man, myself, but I'm glad to hear from you, and see you here again, @Gilgalen. What did these peaches look like? And was Weasel in the area at the time?

Hooray! Welcome back fable!

So what exactly is on these t-shirts? "I met a Babylonian god and all I got was this t-shirt" or something like "God. 'Nuff said". Or perhaps "Yes, I AM the center of the universe" :D

Well, I was thinking about "Gilgamesh got a shot at immortal life, all I got was this crummy t-shirt," but if you really want something different..." :p :D ;)
