Question about Nameless One (Spoilers)

Greetings all,

I have been doing some reading, & it seems Asmodeus has ended the blood war (at least according to the Forgotten Realms Wiki). As such, would it be possible that Nameless One has now gained his freedom?

Just a question I had while doing my perusing of the Forgotten Realms Wiki.

That would only mean his contract to fight in the Blood War is fulfilled. His soul is still damned for the unknown crimes that can't be atoned for.

Right?

Not sure. I had thought he was damned to fight for an eternity in the Blood War. I was not sure if it is connected via a contract (can't remember the particulars) or simply cosmic ruling.

I'd go with sherlockemery here. To my understanding the Blood War was meant to be his atonement, so, once it's over, he's free.
